What if the build slips past four weeks?
W2 is the guarantee gate. If we miss W2 demo for reasons on us, you can walk and get the deposit back. Past W2 the only reason to slip is integration partners outside our control (door hardware vendors, your own data delivery). We will tell you on day 1 if your stack creates risk.
What's the engagement model?
Fixed scope, four-week sprint, one engagement at a time. Half on signature, half on delivery. The scope is locked at end of Week 1. We tell you in discovery exactly what we'll ship and what falls to Phase 2. No retainers required, no hourly meter running.

You do. Private repo, transferred to your GitHub org on delivery. Source-available license to base modules we share across sprints. Your customizations are 100% yours.
