✓ Build with us

You should reach out if…

  • +You have real revenue and one specific workflow you would pay to make disappear
  • +You are stitching together three to five SaaS tools and re-keying data between them by hand
  • +A competitor just shipped something and you cannot wait six months for your dev shop
  • +You can sign and wire in a week without running it past the team
, Probably not us

Skip us if…

  • You have not made a sale yet and want us to find product-market fit for you
  • You want a template Squarespace site (we have a friend, we will refer you)
  • You believe great work happens with just one more round of revisions
  • You need someone embedded for six to twelve months. We ship and leave.
01 / custom-apps

AI Agents.

Agents that work the way an employee works: take an input, decide, act, log it, report up. Not a chatbot pretending to be a teammate. The same agent stack runs our own studio's research, outreach, and ops, which is how two of us ship six systems a year. If we can do it, you can do it.

Automation Systems.

If you can describe it on a whiteboard, we can automate it. Onboarding, billing, fulfillment, scheduling, reporting, all the repetitive work currently sitting on a person's desk. We connect to what you already pay for (Stripe, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Shopify) so your existing data keeps flowing. Most clients recover a full week of hours inside the first month.

04 / brand-web

Brand + Web.

The identity, site, and brand layer that closes the buyer before the sales call starts. Bundled with every custom build, or shipped standalone for founders whose product is right but whose site is the reason demos are not booking. Mark, type, voice, photography, web, motion.

(?)Common questions

Before you book the call.

Why fixed scope instead of hourly?

Hourly bills you for our learning curve. We have shipped this stack six times, so we do not have one. Fixed scope means you know what to expect before we start, and we are motivated to ship the day we promised, not the day we run out of hours.

What if we need changes mid-sprint?

Spec locks end of Week 1. Anything new goes into a Phase 2 sprint, separately scoped, separately scheduled. Annoying once and a gift forever. Every system we have shipped launched on the contracted date because of it.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

30 days of post-ship support is included. After that, you choose: monthly retainer for ongoing iteration, Phase 2 sprint for a new feature surface, or hand-off and run it solo with our runbook.

Can we see a live demo of your stack?

Yes, and you should before you book. Coda is live at getcoda.tech. Araya is live at araya.live. BaddieWear is live at baddiewear.com. Soundlab is members-only but we will demo it on a call. On the discovery call we walk you screen by screen through whichever build is closest to what you need.

What verticals do you work in?

All of them, as long as there is a real operation underneath. We have shipped venue tech (Soundlab), longevity hospitality (VARA), luxury real estate (Araya), music tech (Coda), DTC apparel (BaddieWear), and agent infrastructure (Studio OS). Florida is just where the studio is.

How many sprints do you run at a time?

Maximum two concurrent. Currently 2 open slots for Q3 / Q4 2026. We turn down the rest. This is by design, we're senior practitioners, not an agency factory.

2 open · Q3 / Q4 2026

Two seats. 28 days from signature to ship.

30 minutes on Zoom. We pick apart your bottleneck and tell you exactly what we would ship and what it would cost. If we are a fit, the spec hits your inbox in 48 hours. If we are not, you will get a referral to someone who is.
